I believe that Chart-diagrams and SVGFonts are the only consumers of
diagrams in Nixpkgs.

Yes, according to https://github.com/diagrams/diagrams-core/issues/56
they plan to do that soon, so might also just wait a few days instead of
trying to fix the current version.
