[Nix-dev] NixOS manual: "declared by" & "defined by"

If we add a nixos command then add a nixos --manual command as well
which runs $BROWSER $manual_location or such.
(If you don't I'll do so soon)
The goal is to have a local list of all options you can browse fast.
A browser seems to be a perfect match to me.

$BROWSER could be predefined in /etc/bashrc or such then the user can
overwrite it.

Is this like git? git started having git-foo git-bar and is using
git foo and git bar today?
