[Nix-dev] nix-cache no longer available

Oops.  We did some cleanup on the server, so I also deleted the "nix-cache"
symlink.  I've restored it.

Note that it's only used for old Nixpkgs releases.  The current "official"
Nixpkgs channel at

  http://nixos.org/releases/nixpkgs/channels/nixpkgs-unstable

stores NAR archives somewhere else.
