Looks like SVN is a wrong tool to process symlink structure. A simple
script could report inconsistencies for a human to sort out..

Yes, except that sometimes most people mention some of dependencies
while explaining the function.. The function of wireless-tools is to
provide a way to conveniently call parts of Linux wireless extensions,
after all.. So it is categorized based on function - its function is to
interact with Linux kernel, so its function is OS-specific.. and related
to Linux.
