Hi,

FWIW, revisions 12311 and 12335 of Nixpkgs fix this by making
`nix-log2xml' support in GNU Make optional.  One just has to set the
`gnuMake.log2xmlSupport' boolean in `$HOME/.nixpkgs/config.nix'.
