You can fetch the PRs as branches; the refspec is refs/pull/*/head.
Then, if you merge them into master by hand, the github PR will
auto-close. You can't well see the comments anywhere AFAIK, but for the
rest you can use your favorite git workflow. I don't use the button myself.
