I've added Hydra jobs to generate the bootstrap tools for Linux and Darwin. Once
that succeeds I'll copy the bootstrap binaries to tarballs.nixos.org. However,
currently building the Darwin bootstrap tools gives:

not allowed to refer to path

due to this:
