[Nix-dev] Use GHC 7.10.1 as default Haskell compiler in nixpkgs

I think

https://github.com/fpco/stackage/issues/378#issuecomment-82971435

is the bug to follow. But stackage is only a relatively small subset of
hackage so I don't know how bad the impact of 7.10 on full hackage is.
