[Nix-dev] Setting an environment variable in "extraCmds"

Ok,
I have found the solution myself thanks to the inputs Mateusz gave me.
It turns out that "myEnvFun" is well suited for creating environments to be
installed with:

nix-build

doing so caused the cmds I have put inside "extraCmds" to be ran. This was
not enough for me, because I needed the --pure nix-shell gives me.
The solution was to indeed use a "mkDerivation" on the stdenv:
