No concrete list because one breakage tends to bring everything down. A
recent one was HsSyck, but I got maintainer rights and have fixed that. We
still have troubles with authenticate-oauth, but that's not 7.8 specific.
But as I said, we'd be happy to depend on an older version in the meantime.
