Hi all,
I have just noticed that although services.xserver.videoDrivers is now
deprecated there are still references to services.xserver.videoDrivers
in the master branch. Is this intended or should this be fixed?
A related question: Shouldn't services.xserver.vaapiDrivers be renamed
to something like hardware.opengl.vaapiDriver to be consistent? At least
the website states[1]:
"The current video decode/encode interface is window system independent,
so that potentially it can be used with graphics sub-systems other than X."
But I have no experience with vaapi, besides having it enabled some time
ago, this just caught my eye.
Regards Pascal
