On the long run python2.6 and the corresponding disable flags will be
gone and packages will support 2.7 and 3.x. I expect disable flags to be
the exception.
Anyway, the work needed is to do the flagging. We are doing this for the
wheels we are working on and I'm also looking at the sprint in Ljubljana
to get that ready to be merge into master.
