[Nix-dev] 'pax' package for nix

Dear Nix developers,

This is the initial version of the pax archiver package. I ported the 2009
version from debian old-stable (squeezy). This is my first package so
please let me know how to conform better to nix standards. The default.nix
has some comments that I can't address at the moment. I hope it also works
for you.
