[Nix-dev] Should we switch the default Haskell compiler to GHC 7.4.2?

There's currently a second RC for HP 2012.4.0.0 which will be based on
7.4.2. I don't see why we cannot wait this one extra week until it's
actually released. Apart from that, I have no serious objections.
