[Nix-dev] Updating emacs-snapshot package

if you know how to update 'emacsSnapshot' appropriately, then please go
right ahead. I'm in favor of having the latest Emacs in nixpkgs, too. The
continuous integration provided by the Hydra channel Ludo pointed out is
great, but it's a different thing and quite orthogonal to nixpkgs.
