[Nix-dev] Updating emacs-snapshot package

Hi Phil,

We should remove emacs-snapshot from Nixpkgs, because we have something
*much* better:

  http://hydra.nixos.org/jobset/gnu/emacs-trunk

It’s a continuously built Emacs, off bzr.  You can click on ‘build’ for
your platform, download the closure, and voilà!  :-)
