[Nix-dev] Linux 3.0 Install Problem

The patch which worked for me is this:

(this is rc5, Shea Levy tries with release version).

Looking at the code a second time maybe 
substituteInPlace Makefile --replace '-b $(INSTALL_MOD_PATH)' ''
does no longer suffice? Don't care anymore that much.


I've been running rc5 for a couple of days without noticing anything
strange. However python and xulrunner (required for firefox) will fail
building:

- firefox xulrunner does no longer build. (xul.patch fixes it, attached)

- python-2.7 does not build.
  While looking at the build logs I also noticed that it looks like
  a different set of modules is build if you build i686  packages on a
  x86_64 system.

  I don't have a patch yet.
