[Nix-dev] Guile load path?

Hi,

the build of GnuCash fails, because the guile interpreter it uses
doesn't know how to find slib:

  checking for SLIB support... configure: error:

     Cannot find SLIB.  Are you sure you have it installed?

The library has been built fine. It's installed, and it's listed in
buildInputs, but apparently some environment variable is missing that
tells guille how to find it, presumably $GUILE_LOAD_PATH or
$SCHEME_LIBRARY_PATH.

I can probably fix this, but I know next to nothing about Guile, so I'd
rather have some advice from someone who knows about these matters.
Anyone? Ludo, maybe?
