I hit this problem two days ago. I managed to found a copy of 5.1.51 in my LAN
and then I avoided updating the expression, because I thought it would cause a
too big rebuild for a weak reason.

I wanted to find more mirrors of mysql, and then list them in 'urls', instead of
'url'. But I also failed at finding mirrors with those files. Even the FTP
mirrors look like having some jungle of html + javascript I could not trespass.

If anyone can provide more URLs for the mysql src, that would help avoiding
changes like this.
