I finally applied the patch (sorry for the delay!) with two minor
changes:

  - the license is LGPLv2+, not LGPLv2, from a sample of the file
    headers at
    <http://git.racket-lang.org/plt/tree/HEAD:/src/racket/src>;

  - the ‘maintainers’ field should be a list.
