[Nix-dev] PATCH: update package r-lang

Hi,

The attached patch updates the more than 2 years old version of the R
statistical programming language to the current version.

(The postUnpack phase deletes one legacy cpp file from the source
which is no longer needed. Probably it will be removed in the next R
version, I asked for it upstream.)

I tested this on my machine and it works fine.
