I'd diff KDE tarball and Qt tarball. If the differences are small - just
replace and redo the changes by a sed script. If they are small - maybe
keep using Qt versions.

By the way, you can build the three parts (Qt, Phonon, QtWebkit) by
three expressions and just symlink them together to avoid KDE build
problems.
