mtn cert:
- -> name=value
- -> synced with all the rest
- -> search by wildcard match (also intersections are allowed)

git notes:
- -> arbitrary format (neither better nor worse, in my opinion)
- -> ignored by default during clone
- -> hard to tell how to search using them
