ATK's home is not on gtk.org, so it is not a real gtk-lib.. This time we
had glib -> gtk -> gnome releases in one week timeframe (and it looks
like in-GNOME coordination!), so maybe we need just to merge with GNOME.
On the other hand, current gtk-libs are libraries that are best updated
together (and usually needed together).
