I think we should get of gtk-libs, since it doesn't make a lot of sense anymore
(if it ever did).  GTK, Glib etc. don't really have a coordinated release
schedule AFAIK.  So we should just have
pkgs/development/libraries/{gtk,glib,atk,pango,...}/<version>.nix.
