The first step would be to build `stdenv-updates' on the build farm,
which isn't really done yet due to obscure deadlock issues:

  http://hydra.nixos.org/jobset/nixpkgs/stdenv

Until that happens, we cannot really test that branch (it'd be
unreasonable to try to build it on one's laptop/desktop machine).
