I was wrong.

When editing text there is a link to a license:

Are you fine with one of us copy pasting any license for now (eg the one
used by nixpgks or the one used by haskell.org ?)
Can someone who knows licenses better than me make a better proposal?

If we have one we can ask newcomers to write down solutions we gave them
on irc. Then we can point to the FAQ instead of replying to the same
questions multiple times.
I have to admit that there are not too many people asking for help. So
its not a problem right now.
