[Nix-dev] nixpkgs' glibc 2.9

The eglibc people complain about glibc that the version branches in
glibc are barely updated for fixes, and the eglibc people evolve each
2.x branch with fixes.

Maybe the glibc people do that now, but all under the "2.9" name, so
its tarball changing from time to time. :)
