[Nix-dev] pkgconfig

hi,

it seems that the default these days for pkgconfig is not to use
$package/lib/pkgconfig/ but $package/share/pkgconfig/ to store the .pc
files.

Would it be OK to just add it to the setup-hook in the pkgconfig config?
