[Nix-dev] Is it okay to make bison-2.3 the default?

Hi,

currently, "bison" is bison 1.1875. I updated that to version 2.3 in my
local tree a while ago and experienced no problems, so I'd like to
check-in that change. Does anyone see a reason not to do that?
