[Nix-dev] nix expressions for RPM?

So I lied ;-)  Turns out that the fill-disk-worker.sh script just uses
/bin/rpm to install RPMs.

It *would* be much better if we had an RPM build in Nix since then we
would have control over the version of RPM (which hasn't caused problems
yet, but it might).
