[Nix-dev] statically linked nix environment

hi all,

I just committed a completely static and pure environment for Nix.
Packages are either statically linked, or precompiled. The stdenvs.nix
might need some refactoring, because maybe too much stuff gets
compiled/parsed/whatever now.

Mucho thanks to Eelco for helping me out. Next step will be to try this
in UML and see what breaks (probably just /bin/sh).
