[Nix-dev] Zoom package?

Hi,

I needed it a while ago and packaged it:
https://github.com/aherrmann/zoom_client_nix

It was a one time use for me at the time and it only worked on stable and was broken on master (see Readme),
so I didn't go further to try and add it to nixpkgs.
