[Nix-dev] Auto upgrade

I don't use autoupgrade on my servers but quite often do manual upgrades
and deploys without much safety checks and it usually seems to work out
okay.

The nice this about Nix is that you can always boot into an old version of
the system from the bootloader which makes this a much safer proposition
then autouograde on something like Ubuntu.

That being said Nix doesn't (yet 😉) have a thorough QA system so it likely
won't be as stable as Ubuntu in that respect.
