[Nix-dev] How to enable Nginx lua module

Hi Erik,

glad you figured it out. Yes, it must be supplied to the
`packageOverrides` function. This way you can define new packages or
override existing ones (by using the same name). Sorry for the delay and
my incomplete reply.
