Hi,
If you use nixos-rebuild test, a simple reboot will recover from such
errors:

If it's already bricked there are multiple options:
If you can boot from the HD on another system you can use
nixos-rebuild switch --rollback

If booting is not an option, you can change the bootloader manually and set
the default entry to a previous configuration, but that depends on the
bootloader you use.
