[Nix-dev] Install texlive on 16.09

`nix-env -qaP | grep texlive` shows available texlive packages.
You can use one of the packages shown there, or combine your own
`texlive.combined`.
I typically use `texlive.combined.scheme-full`, so `nix-env -iA
nixos.texlive.combined.scheme-full`.
