[Nix-dev] packaging huginn for nixos

I made great headway yesterday and have it running without problems in a
nix-shell. i was missing the ld_library_path. i updated my github repo with
everything needed to get it running in a shell and will try to make an
actual package of it next, with all the possible service options,
including frontending it with nginx
