[Nix-dev] python2nix requires old pip?

hey!

if you create an issue or send a pr what is not working with
pypi2nix[1] i can give it a look. i would really appreciate feedback,
since packages i usually use work for me.

also anything i can i add to the readme to make it easier to
understand is appreciated.
