[Nix-dev] Using Zappr for nix

Hi,

I am following the ongoing discussions on issues/permissions/organizational aspects with great interests.

 Related to this I wanted to mention a project I recently learned about: 

https://github.com/zalando/zappr/

It seems to me that this might be useful since it allows to extend the otherwise very limited capabilities of github regarding permissions for a project like nix.

What do you think about that? Could that be useful?
