[Nix-dev] GNOME 3.16 has been dropped

Hello nixers,
GNOME 3.16 has been dropped from nixpkgs right now.

After 3.18 became the default, we haven't seen any blocker report against
3.18 specifically. Also backporting changes to 3.16 was going to be
annoying.

We will be ready for the next GNOME 3.20, it will happen at the end of
March.
