[Nix-dev] nix-1.11.2 on dockerTools.buildImage

Hi all,

I've made enough of an image to be able to launch nix-shell inside
Docker using the dockerTools.buildImage. My progress is posted in

When spawning a nix-shell, I see that the evaluation seems different
that it has to recompile everything like bash, gcc, etc. and doesn't
get anything from the binary cache. I've yet to figure that out.

Hope someone else finds this progress useful.
