[Nix-dev] Nix on Windows

Hi,

We got around to publish the technical report we were preparing as part
of our work on porting nix and nixpkgs to cywin:

As a next task https://nixos.org/wiki/Nix_on_Windows should probably be
updated based on this.

Is anybody using Nix on cygwin and could help with that?
