[Nix-dev] Nixpkgs [haskell] overlay

You can override haskellPackages [almost] just like other nixpkgs pkgs.
Something like:

~~~~
    haskellngPackages = pkgs_.haskellngPackages.override {
      overrides = self: super: {
        your-package = …
      };
    };
~~~~

(This goes to `packageOverrides` as always.)
