[Nix-dev] vagrant-nixos-plugin

Hello,

I'd like to point out that I got (some) support for NixOS baked-into
vagrant itself a while back:

https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/pull/3830

Might be worth looking at touching-up/rewriting as you see fit, rather
than creating a plugin (unless you prefer that release model).
