[Nix-dev] Call for Help: Taskserver service definition

Hi,

I'm calling for help now because I think I won't succeed with this
if I'm doing it alone:

In May I started to write the service definition for the taskserver
service[0]. It is my first service, so I'm a bit lost at some points.
aszlig started to help me but then things got stalled and he didn't
respond to my @mentions, so I'm asking for help here now:

Can someone help me getting this PR done? Plus can someone tell me how
to properly test this service?
