[Nix-dev] Why does my system rebuild rustc and cargo?

Maybe one of the sqlite3 files is corrupted. What does this give you ?
```
find /nix/var -name "*.sqlite" -exec sh -c "echo .exit | sqlite3 -cmd
'PRAGMA integrity_check;' {}" \;
```
