[Nix-dev] Why does my system rebuild rustc and cargo?

Hi,

my system wants to rebuild rustc and cargo all the time, I am on
unstable with one patch added to rebuild neovim with the appropriate
libvterm (261791992c05f6b98175558a71f0c4a1a01c04eb).

But that patch is not related to rustc or cargo at all, so... I don't
know what I'm doing wrong.
