We already create a DB of /bin/* to provide command-not-found (it's
distributed in channels). That might be generalized.

In general I rather avoid binary packages. I suppose you mean a tool
that converts ldd output to a path list which can be fed into RPATH by
patchelf? (Binaries that use dlopen to find libs are a bit more
difficult in this, I think.)
