[Nix-dev] NixOS "needs-changelog" label (read if you care about NixOS 15.06 release)

Hi all,

it's now possible to tag PR/issues with "needs-changelog" label so we can
easier track major changes in NixOS release. See
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pulls?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Apr+label%3Aneeds-changelog

That shouldn't be a reason not to contribute a short changelog entry to
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/master/nixos/doc/manual/release-notes/rl-unstable.xml

I'll try to shape a manual section with notes from last release process in
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/4442 and follow those steps for
15.06. Hopefully anyone can help do the release process for 15.10 using
those docs :-)

PS: I'm going to branch off release-15.06 at the end of May so you have a
little less than a month to get your changes in next release.
